Please allow for 2-5 business days for your order to be carefully packaged and dropped at the carrier.
Commissions: Processing times vary for custom pieces. Please refer to the specific timeline listed on the Commissions page or outlined in your contract.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Domestic (Canada): Orders are shipped using Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS and typically arrive within 4-10 business days after shipment.
International (US & Worldwide): I ship globally. International transit times vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs processing.
Taxes are charged based on your location and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred upon arrival. I cannot mark packages as "gifts" to bypass customs.
Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your shipping label is generated.
Neither Free Canada Shipping or Economy US shipping includes tracking unless there is no extra cost to me when I purchase the label as I process your order. I will always choose tracking in this instance.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to me due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
I truly do everything I can to ensure your art arrives safely, but once a package leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the postal carrier.
Delayed in Transit: A package is officially considered "Lost in Transit" if there has been no tracking movement for 14 business days (Domestic) or 30 business days (International). If your package meets this window, don't hesitate to get in touch with me at hello@erinmurrayart.com so I can open an insurance investigation with the carrier.
Marked as "Delivered" but Missing: Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is legally considered the property of the customer. Erin Murray Art is not responsible for porch piracy or packages stolen after a successful delivery. I highly recommend shipping to a secure location or monitoring your tracking closely on delivery day.
In the rare and unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please document it immediately.
Take photos of the outside packaging before opening it (especially any crushed corners or tears).
Take photos of the damaged artwork inside.
Contact me at hello@erinmurrayart.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos so we can file an insurance claim and arrange a resolution.
